1. High efficiency
Because ball bearings are used as the transmission medium, the rolling friction resistance is much smaller than the sliding friction resistance. The lower operating resistance means less energy loss and thus higher transmission efficiency. Compared with the traditional sliding lead screw pair, the driving torque is only 1/3 or less, that is, the power required to achieve the same motion result is only 1/3 of that using the sliding lead screw pair.
2. High precision
The lead screw and nut of SHAC are precisely processed, assembled and inspected in a constant-temperature workshop, with strict control over temperature and humidity to ensure high-precision quality.
